When starting your software my PC appears to freeze and after a few seconds everything is fine.

This behavior has been observed when certain real-time antivirus scanners are enabled. To verify if this is the problem, disable your anti-virus program and start the application again.
All of our software (except LockIt) is internally compressed and encrypted. Some anti-virus programs take additional time to uncompress and scan our applications which causes the delay.
