All of our software (except LockIt) is internally compressed and encrypted. Some anti-virus programs mistakenly identify the uncompression and decryption at runtime as a virus like activity.
You have our assurance that none of our software contains any viruses, trojans, spyware or malware of any kind.
This behavior has been observed when certain real-time antivirus scanners are enabled. To verify if this is the problem, disable your anti-virus program and start the application again.
All of our software (except LockIt) is internally compressed and encrypted. Some anti-virus programs take additional time to uncompress and scan our applications which causes the delay.

To enable the creation of message tracking logs.
- Open the Exchange System Manager
- Find your server under Administrative Groups > First Administrative Group > Servers > Your Server.
- Right Click your server and select Properties
- Enable the option "Enable message tracking" on the General tab
- Click OK to save your changes

You are most likely scanning the wrong logs. ELA will only scan message tracking logs.
You can find out where Exchange stores these logs by:
- Open the Exchange System Manager
- Find your server under Administrative Groups > First Administrative Group > Servers > Your Server.
- Right Click your server and select Properties
- Look at the "Log file directory" label to see where the logs are being stored.
PLA 3 Purchase (1)
Users who have purchased PLA 2.xx within a 3 month time window of release of PLA 3 will receive a free upgrade. After that, standard discounted upgrade rates will apply.
The price or discount/time table for PLA 3 has yet to be determined.
PLA Registration (1)
PLA is licensed per workstation and our database still has your old workstation's information associated with your registration record.
Simply send us your new device ID and we will update your registration record accordingly.
Note: We will invalidate your old workstation's information when updating the record with the new information
